Tom Foxon, NEWPRO installation manager, retires after 37 years of dedication and loyalty.
NEWPRO announced the retirement of long time dedicated NEWPRO employee, Tom Foxon, as of March 31, 2017. A bittersweet announcement by NEWPRO owner and president, Nick Cogliani was sent out to all NEWPRO employees.
Nick Cogliani stated, ‘When I think about the definition of loyalty, dedication and commitment, the years of service that Tom devoted to NEWPRO is what comes to mind. Personally, and professionally, we’ve enjoyed a lifetime of experiences that could fill many, many chapters of a memoir that would probably be a best seller. I imagine when we would read the reviews they would say everything from amazing, unbelievable, fascinating, a must read, WOW, and ‘you just can’t make this stuff up.”
Tom experienced an amazing 37 year journey at NEWPRO leading the installation teams and processes for all NEWPRO home improvement products through the years with the ultimate goal top of mind – to always deliver an exceptional customer experience. Tom believed in the NEWPRO purpose. He is an installation expert and practiced his craft and passion for NEWPRO and the homeowners he served with diligence and confidence. Tom always looked for the best solutions to deliver any product that NEWPRO brought to market from the current product offerings of windows, doors, siding, roofing, baths and walk in tubs, to past products including sunrooms, basements, gutters and gutter protection and decks.
Nick Cogliani continues, “In my opinion, Tom had one of the toughest responsibilities at NEWPRO. We could market the product, sell the product, but at the end of the day Tom had to make it all happen and he did. NEWPRO blood, sweat and tears at times, but Tom was the guy I could depend on to get it done. Tom is an intricate part of the lives of over 250,000 homeowners who put their trust in NEWPRO, as well as the many employees who have had the opportunity to experience his never-ending passion.”
The entire NEWPRO team wishes Tom and his wife Wendy and family well, as he starts a new chapter in his life of retirement. As a devoted Jimmy Buffet fan, we hope Tom
enjoys many 5 o’clock somewheres!
