the company – representing the NEWPRO brand that is known for exceptional products AND people.
Welcome back to Ryan T. Spar – Director of Sales
Ryan Spar has a long history with NEWPRO. He started his career fresh out of college as a product specialist to his last position at NEWPRO in 2014 as a sales manager before he relocated out of state to pursue a sales leadership opportunity for a mid-Atlantic home improvement company. Ryan and his family found their way back to their New England roots and back to NEWPRO to fulfill the role of Director of Sales. In this role, Ryan will lead, develop and grow the entire team of sales professionals including sales managers and product specialists to support NEWPRO sales goals and most importantly to execute and train a system to deliver an exceptional experience to homeowners. Vice President Operations and third
generation family owner, Anthony Cogliani states, “Ryan has an incredible energy and passion for people. Today there are many choices in the industry for the homeowner which requires us to
invest even more in our people and processes to ensure the exceptional experience NEWPRO promises to deliver.” Ryan and his wife, Kristen and their two young children, Brody and Mia, are excited to be back home in New England and to NEWPRO!
The sales organization is supported by General Sales Managers, Brad Thompson and Rob Donadio.
Brad Thompson started his career at NEWPRO, 22 years ago. Brad started “from the ground up” -from a part time college summer break job to a top selling sales representative and finally in his current role as a general sales manager teaching and training the NEWPRO sales system and practices. Brad leads a team of sales professionals covering the Northern New England territories for NEWPRO. When not visiting and helping homeowners or training and supporting his sales team, Brad and his new bride Katie, enjoy their new home in Reading, MA.
Rob Donadio, general sales manager, Southern New England territory, also leads a team of sales professionals to ensure an exceptional educational experience when bringing the home improvement showroom to a customer’s home. Rob has a long career in the home improvement industry including leading a sales team supporting a $50MM national home improvement organization. Rob’s tenure at NEWPRO has included product specialist role, to special products sales management, to his current position as general sales manager. Rob is very well respected by his team and
recognized for his motivating and inspiring leadership traits. When not inspiring or leading at NEWPRO, he is enjoying time with his wife Linda and family at their home in Franklin, MA. The Donadio family is also known to follow country music stars near and far, including most recently Mexico for a country music festival.
In addition to the General Sales Managers, meet the Assistant Sales Management team who mentor and help develop the sales professionals at NEWPRO. This team of Assistant Sales Managers are up and coming sales leaders, responsible to uphold the sales practices and processes throughout the entire sales organization set forth by sales leadership.
Clint Mauche is an 18-year sales veteran at NEWPRO. Clint demonstrates great passion for NEWPRO people and products reflective in the goals that he continues to achieve month after month and year after year. Clint is best known for always trying to improve the NEWPRO customer experience from upgrading presentations and materials to ensuring the homeowners objectives are always met. Clint’s enthusiasm is contagious which has resulted in an earned respect from his peers making him an effective up and coming sales leader in the organization. Clint and his wife Jen reside in Lowell with their beautiful son, Wyatt. When Clint is not at NEWPRO or playing with Wyatt, you may find him working on a home renovation project.
Ryan “Pow Pow” Powers has been a top performing NEWPRO product specialist for over 16 years. Ryan is an endurance athlete competing in many Spartan Race competitions. His competitive nature and endless energy are just a couple of the character traits that inspire the teams he leads and mentors. If Ryan could bike to work he would but instead takes his passion for cycling to many trails throughout New England – and when he is not biking or competing in an endurance competition, you may find him on the water fishing! Ryan supports the Southern New England teams and is based out of NEWPRO’s Wrentham office. Ryan, his wife, Denise, and son, Tyler, live in Ashland, MA.
Greg Bailey is a recent addition to the NEWPRO sales organization. Greg’s diverse experience in the home improvement and real estate industries has been an asset to the growing NEWPRO
sales organization. Greg is passionate about the NEWPRO products he represents and even more passionate about sharing his knowledge and successes to help develop other sales professionals. His positive attitude and confidence has earned him the reputation as a future leader in the sales organization. Greg and his new wife, Christa, recently honeymooned in St. Lucia and reside south of Boston.
After the sale, the installation and customer service teams continue to uphold the NEWPRO standards and practices to ensure an exceptional NEWPRO homeowner experience. Leading the team of professionals who contribute to the NEWPRO customer 96% recommendation rate, is Joey Vasil, Vice President of Field Operations.
Joey brings many years of NEWPRO sales experience to his new role as VP of Field Operations. Some of Joey’s successes at NEWPRO have included playing a significant role in developing the NEWPRO bath division growth to one of the top dealers in a national dealer network as well as developing a sales team to support that growth. Joey came to NEWPRO with experience as a home improvement business owner. With rapid product and geographical expansion, as a result of consumer demand and select national partnerships, this new position became a critical requirement. NEWPRO executives identified Joey as the perfect fit to fulfill this role based on his NEWPRO sales leadership experience combined with his past operations and business
management skillset. Joey leads the field operations teams including installation and customer service. He is responsible for fulfilling the installation goals of the company for all product categories. Joey and his wife, Ann, reside in New
Hampshire and enjoy vacations in sunny tropical locations as well as a good
margarita and live music at local favorite spots.
