“Like Many Other Reviewers, I Am A Repeat Customer! Go Figure! The Windows Are Way Too Expensive For Me, But On A Whim, B... Read moreecause I Was So Curious About Their Effectiveness After The Sales Pitch, I Tried Them For The Living Room Of My Trailer Home. I Had Originally Called To For A Siding Estimate, But The Verdict Was Siding Wouldn'T Work Because I Didn'T Have Enough Overhang. I Was Told Windows Would Give Me As Much, If Not More, Insulating Value Because Of My Large Window Area.Well, I Was Very Pleased With The End Result. Quick And Flawless Installation. Quick Response To A Sliding Problem I Had In The Beginning On One Window. Very Handsome Windows, Easy To Open And Clean. They Really Clean Up Beautifully (I Live Right Next To A Railroad Track), More Sparking Than My Older Windows When They Are Cleaned.I Am Convinced The Materials Used In These Windows Are Superior To The Usual Vinyl Insulated Windows. And Their Effectiveness Is Easily Proved With A Heat Gun (What A Great Invention That Is!). I Have 3 Different Versions Of Double-Paned Windows In My Trailer At The Moment, And The Newpro 4000 Windows Outstrip The Others In Heat Retention - Only A Couple Of Degrees Cooler Than The Adjacent Walls Compared To The Other Windows 5-6 Degrees Cooler Than The Adjacent Walls.So, Long Story Short, I Am Returning To Newpro For Yet A Few More Windows Despite The Price Being 2-3 Times What I Would Think An Insulated Window With Installation Should Be. I Figure I Am Paying For Peace Of Mind As Well As For A Quality Product. I Know Newpro Won'T Damage My Rather Fragile Home When They Install The Windows, And I Know The Windows Will Last Me A Lifetime, That If I Have Any Problem With The Windows Whatsoever, It Will Be Promptly Fixed At No Additional Cost. I Still Feel Like A Fool, But A Happy Fool!”
