NEWPRO Supports the Troops
Here at NEWPRO, we proudly support all of our troops in all military forces. We try and do whatever we can to constantly help and support them and make deployment more comfortable. Being away from home cannot be easy, and we are forever thankful for all of their efforts in fighting for our country.
One of our employees and a manager here at NEWPRO, Ron Pazienza, was called up from the National Guard and is now serving in Guantanomo Bay. We received a letter from him recalling all of the things he missed from home. Being a Rhode Island native, what he missed the most was Dell Lemonade. NEWPRO responded by sending him a care package straight from the heart–packed with Dell Lemonade, 25 pounds of Dunkin Donuts coffee, over 50 DVDs, cool clothes for the very hot days of Guantanomo Bay, and many foods and treats for him and other soldiers.
We never expected to be honored in such a way, but on November 24, 2009, NEWPRO was extremely proud to receive the Above & Beyond award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, or ESGR, for the company’s continuous support of military troops.

We are so honored to receive such an amazing award and as we always have in the past, we will continue to do whatever we can to make our soldiers feel more at home and support them any way we can. To us, these are just small tokens of appreciation for America’s finest–who sacrifice everything to keep us safe.
