Since 1945, when Anthony Cogliani started a small window treatment business in a Medford, MA storefront, Newpro has been a family owned business. Over the years, we have expanded our "family" to include our employees, suppliers and over a hundred thousand satisfied customers.

A message from the president

Over sixty five years and three generations of same family leadership, NEWPRO is proud of the earned reputation for superior products and exemplary customer service as recognized by numerous national and local industry awards.    NEWPRO owes much of their success to over a hundred thousand loyal and dedicated New England homeowners for their trust and dedication.  The entire NEWPRO team lives by the golden rule - treat others as you would like to be treated.  From initial point of contact through installation and beyond, the NEWPRO team is dedicated to deliver a delightful experience.  

Until recently, founding generation owner, Mary Cogliani would call each and every customer to ensure an extraordinary experience from first contact through installation.  A personal phone call from Mary is one of the most loved memories for many of our customers. Recently retired, Mary still reminisces about so many NEWPRO family members and stories -- and we still receive calls from customers asking about her.   Today, third generation Anthony Cogliani, Director of Operations, carries on his grandmother's tradition by contacting every customer after the sale to personally thank them for their business and to leave his personal contact information.

Industry pioneer, current owner and president, Nick Cogliani, continues to lead Newpro as one of the top replacement window marketers in the country. His commitment to delivering the highest quality home improvement solutions extends beyond NEWPRO's own factory manufactured custom replacement windows to insulated siding, roofing, doors and most recently Bathwraps shower/tub replacements and liners as well as well as American Standard Walk-in tubs.
